Around the world, societies are adapting to and shaping powerful economic, technological and social trends, which in turn frame what is asked of leaders.
This program is therefore built on three vertical pillars:
- The shift in macroeconomic fundamentals
- The importance of innovation
- The underlying demographic dynamics
and scaffolded on the horizontal themes of:
- The digitisation of society and business processes
- The importance of cross-cultural understanding and communication.
Within this context, the core aspects of leadership will be addressed and focus placed on developing a strategy that sets clear direction, while at the same time, achieving the necessary agility to be able to respond to the rapidly changing digital environment. The key questions are: How can leaders engage and motivate others to affect change? What are the macroeconomic developments that shape business and society that leaders need to be kept abreast of? How has digital innovation come to play a key role in leading change? Why is cross-cultural leadership so vital in today’s diverse and complex world?
This program brings together executives from diverse backgrounds and professional experience to work alongside INSEAD faculty from a range of disciplines, who will provide a stimulating, interactive, and engaging environment for thought, discussion, and reflection.
Upon completion of the above program, participants will be awarded an INSEAD certificate.
This program also qualifies for the INSEAD Certificate in Global Management under the Certificate’s Option 4 requiring the completion of one Customized program (this program) and two Open programs (Core or Specialized) that can be completed at INSEAD’s home campus at Fontainebleau in France.
